As African females and mothers we have a responsibility of eradicating poverty by ensuring better life for those at our reach, through skills transfer , mentoring and decrease the unemployment rate with our limited contribution. We have a deep passion to invest in the potential of the rural communities especially youth in the mainstream of the economy through a transfer of skills and ongoing mentoring, implement and manage community-building projects in the rural areas.

Recognition

We were in the 2010 Enterprise Development Beneficiary with Bentel Associates International (Pty) Ltd facilitated by Khuthaza.

We have been awarded the 2010 Women In Construction Excellence Award by The CIDB and Provincial Department of Infrastructure for being the finalist Mainstream Contractors Category (under our CIDB Grade level) for outstanding performance in construction by a woman owned enterprise.

We have been Nominated for 2010 SMME Service Excellence Awards by Gauteng Enterprise Propeller

Featured on CNBC Africa Featured in Top Women Magazine Special edition in 2011. We were also featured in The Transform SA Magazine 2017 edition.

Ntombani Trading Projects complies with policy and statutory requirements of the Republic of South Africa. As a BEE entity itself Ntombani Trading Projects understands the important of the provision of current legislation, Equity legislation, Black economic empowerment legislation, Health and Safety legislation, the legislation act.

We endeavour to promote women skills through ones projects and where possible we sub-contract BEE entities as also as a strategy to promote skills transfer.

We also promote women owned emerging enterprises by involving the in ones projects ensuring that we rise with them. We also target youth owned entities for the same purpose.

Despite all of the above Ntombani Trading Projects subscribes to professionalism, transparency and good business values.

Ntombani has recently implemented Integrated Management System (IMS). We have met the minimum requirements for stage one (1) of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and currently phasing into or in stage two (2)
